My name is Meghan. I’m a nerdy and enthusiastic writer, podcaster, and professor with a PhD in English, deeply passionate about critical thinking, personal growth, and self-empowerment.
After years of being tripped up by perfectionism and a whole host of limiting beliefs, I decided enough was enough. I wasn’t going to waste one more second on this planet delaying my dreams, downplaying my accomplishments, and living a life that didn’t excite me.

I truly believe it is up to us to build a life we're excited about through thinking critically, working on ourselves, and digging deep to empower ourselves to get where we want to go. As women who want to make massive impact on this world, we can't forget to pour into ourselves and to embrace the immense power and potential within.
