If you're anything like me, you LOVE to read all kinds of books because you're in the mood for different things. Sometimes you like to be in an "awww" mood, so you read romance, whereas other times, you like to be in a "whoaaaa" mood, so you read thrillers or dystopias.
And sometimes, you're in the mood to learn or be empowered, so you turn to non-fiction.
So, here are some excellent non-fiction books I've read over the last few years:
Lauren Graham, In Conclusion, Don’t Worry about It, Talking as Fast as I Can, and Have I Told You This Already? Stories I Don’t Want to Forget to Remember
Hal Herzog, Some We Love, Some We Hate, Some We Eat: How to Think Straight about Animals
Caitlin Moran, How to be a Woman
Maya Angelou, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings
Cheryl Strayed, Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail
Glennon Doyle, Untamed
Angela Owen, How to Stop Feeling like Shit
Jamie Kern Lima, Believe It: How to Go from Underestimated to Unstoppable
Erin Chack, This is Really Happening
